Hotel facilities: We enjoyed the sauna and pool, relaxing and well-maintained. Location directly in the city center: The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of shopping malls. Staff: The staff was nice and accommodating.

We were kinda surprised by the spaciousness and quietness of our room in the new part of the hotel. It was well-appointed with a comfortable sofa and chair, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions in the Old Town. The staff were excellent in their service, always ready to help and considerate of our needs. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options, and the made-to-order items were a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the Old Town, surrounded by the charm and history of the Christmas market. Our room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring our check-in and check-out process was smooth. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, satisfying all our cravings. We also enjoyed the convenience of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the main square and close to numerous cafes and restaurants.
The turn-down service was non-existent, which was a minor disappointment.

this does not take away from the overall luxurious experience of this venue.
